The Elk Bridge return policy means that within 30 days from getting the Elk Bridge delivered, you may return it and receive a full refund. The return policy also applies to any payments made for the Elk LIVE subscription.
How do I claim a refund?
If you wish to make a return, just reach out to us within 30 days from receiving the shipment, and we'll send you further instructions.
Please note that you need to pay for the return shipment to our fulfillment centers in the U.S. or Poland (whichever is nearest to your location).
Once we've checked the returned package, we will refund you the cost of the Elk Bridge and the subscription payments made.
